Brookside Heart Healthy Fair

In recognition of February’s Heart Month and the American Heart Association's Heart Walk in May, Research Medical Center Brookside Campus is offering a Heart Healthy Fair on April 29 and May 1 from 4pm to 7pm. There will be free blood pressure checks, Body Mass Index scores, cooking demonstrations, Framingham Heart Score, and exercise tips and tours of the fitness center.

I am honored to serve as President of the Brookside Business Association for 2014. In the past, I have served on the board as treasurer and vice president, so I am thrilled that I am able to continue serving as the board president.
